Partner Development Director

Drive and expand the strategic partnership between Snowflake and Deloitte as the single point of accountability. Build joint GTM plans, grow Deloitte's Snowflake practice, cultivate executive relationships, execute co-marketing, support deals, and own pipeline/consumption metrics to drive revenue growth (quota-carrying role).

About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Build comprehensive joint business plans with Deloitte, collaborating on GTM strategies, strategic objectives, target markets/industries, and joint industry solutions/offering.
  • Inspire Deloitte to grow their Snowflake practice; evaluate expertise, capabilities, delivery quality; define certification growth plans and support enablement.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key Sr. executives and decision-makers at Deloitte.
  • Coordinate and execute co-marketing activities including events, webinars, and content creation.
  • Provide deal support to field teams on enterprise transformation deals, including operational deal registration, reporting, proposal support, and alignment with leadership.
  • Own GACV and consumption pipeline numbers; dive into data to identify gaps, lead forecast calls, and hold teams accountable for pipeline coverage.
  • Proactively build joint plans with Snowflake Sales, PS, and Marketing leaders; facilitate connections and remove barriers.
  • Leverage AI tools (e.g. Gemini, Snowflake Cortex) to accelerate productivity, drafting, and data analysis.
  • Travel ~25%.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years experience in partner management, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology.
  • 5+ years channel sales or channel program management experience with revenue target accountability.
  • Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators, with specific experience building relationships with Deloitte.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) and Slack.
  • Strong executive presence, excellent written/verbal communication, problem-solving, and prioritization skills in dynamic environments.
  • Working knowledge of Cloud environments preferred.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience using AI productivity tools.
  • Established relationships within Deloitte.
