Leads Render’s channel partnerships program, building relationships with agencies, private equity firms, and systems integrators to drive co-selling, referrals, pipeline, and revenue. Responsibilities
- Map agencies, private equity firms, and systems integrators to identify strong partner fits.
- Build executive relationships and understand partner priorities, pricing, and delivery models.
- Develop commercial agreements for co-selling Render to existing and new customers.
- Create partner enablement materials, including decks, pilot frameworks, and ROI overviews.
- Design co-marketing programs, including customer dinners, digital campaigns, conferences, and joint events.
- Build co-sell motions for large and enterprise accounts with the technology partner team.
- Design scaled activation programs for portfolio-based partners.
- Create pipeline for Render and partners, owning the path from engagement through referral and closed revenue.
- Establish partnership operating cadences, deal registration processes, and repeatable referral workflows.
- Align with Sales, Delivery/Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Legal while avoiding channel conflict.
- Define and report channel success metrics.
- Build a team of partner managers over time.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B partnerships, sales, general management, or solutions engineering, ideally at a B2B SaaS, infrastructure, or product-led-growth company.
- Strong seller orientation with accountability for pipeline creation, deal influence, and revenue.
- Experience building programs without an established playbook through experimentation and iteration.
- Experience with solutions partners, agencies, or systems integrators in co-sell, referral, or partner-sourced revenue motions.
- Proven ability to close deals and engage partners in person, including willingness to travel.
- Strong cross-functional operating and alignment skills.
- Executive-level communication with partner leadership and internal stakeholders.
- Technical orientation sufficient to engage developer-focused partners and discuss AI trends.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience building or scaling channel programs at infrastructure, developer-tools, or other PLG companies.
- Familiarity with Crossbeam or similar partner and ecosystem tooling.
- Experience with account mapping and joint pipeline reviews.
- Experience in the emerging AI systems-integrator or AI consulting partner category.
Compensation & Benefits
- $192,000–$235,000 annual salary.
