Luma is seeking founding Enterprise Account Executives to define their go-to-market motion. This role involves owning the full sales cycle, generating pipeline, and guiding large enterprise companies through the adoption of Luma's AI platform.
Luma is hiring founding Enterprise Account Executives to help define our early go-to-market motion.
This is a traditional sales role. There is no mature pipeline, no legacy process, and no existing playbook to inherit. You will help define and allow the GTM team to build the foundation of how Luma sells.
As one of our founding AE's, you will own the entire sales cycle from first conversation to closed deal while giving feedback on the messaging, positioning, and sales motion for a category-defining AI platform.
You will work directly with large enterprise companies exploring how AI will transform how they create, design, and build. Your role is to help them understand what is possible with Luma and guide them through the process of bringing this technology into their workflows.
This role is designed for entrepreneurial sellers who want to build something meaningful and play a defining role in the growth of an elite AI company.
Please note the compensation listed is total OTE on a 50/50 model base/OTE.
The base pay range for this role is $250,000 – $325,000 per year.
Founding Enterprise Account Executive building and scaling enterprise sales motion for AI SaaS targeting PE-backed home service rollups and franchises.
Drives new logo acquisition and expansion of Work AI platform through full-cycle sales, navigating complex deals with C-level executives and building ROI cases. Requires 6+ years enterprise sales experience selling technical SaaS to complex organizations.
Owns full sales cycle for AI-powered contingent workforce solutions targeting Fortune 500 accounts. Drives outbound prospecting, leads multi-stakeholder deals, and closes $5M+ ACV contracts. Requires 7+ years staffing sales experience and VMS expertise.
Drives new business acquisition and growth in strategic enterprise accounts by targeting high-value prospects, developing account plans, managing complex sales cycles, and closing deals with C-suite stakeholders. Requires 7+ years enterprise SaaS sales experience, preferably in data privacy/governance.
Enterprise Account Executive manages full sales cycle for strategic enterprise accounts, building pipeline, closing large deals, and expanding customer relationships in SaaS. Requires 6+ years enterprise sales experience, proven track record exceeding targets, and C-level engagement skills.
