Responsibilities
- Build and own your book of business from day one.
- Develop long-term client relationships with law firms in your market.
- Acquire and expand accounts thoughtfully over time with a dedicated marketing budget.
- Drive recurring revenue in a predictable model.
- Spend at least 3 days per week in the field building real relationships, networking, and attending industry events.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of outside sales experience.
- Demonstrated ability to learn a new industry and translate insights to subject-matter experts.
- Thrive in high-activity, high-agency roles.
- Experience with CRM tools.
Compensation
- Base Salary: $85k-$100k
- Commission: 5% on Steno revenue from completed jobs (e.g., a rep with a $2m book of business earns $100,000 in annual commission).
- Expected first-year OTE: $125k - $150k+
- Potential second-year OTE: $165k - $200k+
- Potential third-year OTE: $175k - $275k+
- Uncapped commission that grows over time.
