About the role

Responsibilities

  • Write the playbook for future BDRs as the founding member of the team.
  • Capture attention through cold calling, hyper-personalized email, and LinkedIn messages.
  • Manage creative campaigns for target accounts, experimenting with messaging and outreach methods.
  • Field customer conversations for free product interest and conduct a subset of demos.
  • Nurture leads where timing isn't right through events, updates, and relationship building.
  • Collaborate closely with the go-to-market team (marketing, growth, sales, partnerships).
  • Contribute substantially to company growth and lay groundwork for the BDR team.
