Responsibilities
- Identify and develop net-new business opportunities through cold outreach, email, LinkedIn, networking events, and other lead-generation channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads through discovery calls, uncovering pain points and developing solution-oriented proposals.
- Lead client discovery sessions, product demonstrations, and formal sales presentations, including preparation of supporting documentation.
- Partner with Account Executives and senior leadership to manage client portfolios, maintain relationships, and ensure effective deal handoffs.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal teams on underwriting and financial modeling.
- Maintain accurate activity tracking, pipeline hygiene, and deal context in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and pipeline development to meet activity and opportunity-generation goals.
- Develop account strategies and outreach initiatives to engage potential clients and facilitate preliminary sales communications.
- Coordinate with internal departments, share customer insights, provide support, and book qualified meetings.
- Travel regionally to support clients and prospecting activities as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in an SDR/BDR role or a client-facing role in consulting, finance, operations, recruiting, or a similar field.
- Experience selling to asset managers, ownership groups, or other real estate partners; experience in proptech, mobility, or related industries is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships, generate opportunities, and accelerate deal velocity.
- Creative ability to communicate value propositions to diverse audiences.
- Data literacy and experience with pipeline management and forecasting.
- Proficiency with sales tools and CRM platforms such as Salesforce.
- Resilient, metrics-driven mindset with strong communication skills and coachability.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment and progress toward an Account Executive role.
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed.
- Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual base salary: $75,000–$95,000 USD.
