Sales Development Representative
The Sales Development Representative drives new customer acquisition through targeted phone and email outreach, qualifies leads, and builds pipeline in partnership with Account Executives. The role requires at least one year of experience, strong communication skills, persistence, and proficiency with Salesforce.

Responsibilities
- Conduct persistent outreach to targeted prospects through dials and email.
- Communicate the value proposition to decision-makers and qualify them for potential sales opportunities.
- Deliver against a quota for qualified leads.
- Use prospecting tools to research companies and identify key decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to help close accounts and accelerate pipeline growth.
- Contribute to optimizing the sales development approach and driving ongoing improvement.
- Use Salesforce for lead and pipeline management and sales forecasting.
- Participate in knowledge sharing, training updates, and process optimization.
Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience.

- Experience qualifying leads.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits
- Target cash compensation of $75,000–$80,000, including a fixed annual salary and uncapped commission paid monthly.
- Stock option grant, subject to board approval.
- Compensation is commensurate with skill level, experience, and specific work location.
