Responsibilities
- Hire, onboard, and ramp a team of 6–8 sales Associate Account Executives while achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
- Design, deliver, and refine training and enablement workshops covering prospecting, objection handling, discovery conversations, call coaching, and core sales development skills.
- Establish a consistent operational cadence through weekly and monthly meetings that align, inspire, and motivate Associate Account Executives to exceed goals.
- Collaborate with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Enablement on Associate Account Executive initiatives.
- Assess, refine, and optimize Associate Account Executive processes and strategies, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing measurable solutions.
- Partner with sales leadership to build talent density, accelerate representative development, and achieve pipeline generation targets.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales development team in a SaaS company.
- 1–3+ years of experience in a closing, quota-carrying role, preferably as an Account Executive, with a proven track record of managing core KPIs.
- Demonstrated success exceeding quotas and targets.
- Ability to drive and manage cross-functional initiatives at scale.
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting for quick, informed decision-making.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including in-person and telephone communication.
- Passion for operational rigor and excellence, with an ability to identify growth levers.
- Willingness to challenge the status quo and experiment, measure, and iterate.
- Willingness to work in an office four days per week.
