Responsibilities
- Lead evaluation and optimization of the go-to-market engine.
- Define KPI frameworks, measure performance, and identify opportunities to accelerate growth and mitigate risk.
- Own the GTM reporting ecosystem and synthesize complex data into board-level narratives and insights for C-suite decision-making.
- Support annual and long-range planning with GTM leaders and cross-functional partners.
- Apply AI tools and workflows to automate analysis, surface insights, and improve process efficiency.
- Collaborate with data and analytics teams to improve revenue-data architecture and ensure data integrity.
Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, sales finance, or management consulting.
- Significant experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise B2B environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including translating complex data into compelling narratives for senior GTM leaders.
- Advanced modeling and AI skills, including building and scaling dynamic financial and operational models.
- Bias for action, strong follow-through, and comfort managing multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics and efficient scaling.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools such as Omni.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: $93,300–$145,800 USD, dependent on geographic location and job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Eligibility for the Cribl Corporate Bonus Program; some sales-adjacent roles may receive incentive compensation.
