About the role

Responsibilities

  • Explore and develop AI tools to modernize Deal Desk workflows.
  • Automate internal tooling through functional testing, bug remediation, and system-result oversight.
  • Troubleshoot bugs, maintain documentation, and execute roadmap work for deal model support.
  • Manage Renewals Reporting and gather data for pricing and discounting insights.
  • Support the operationalization of the Global Discount Catalog strategy.
  • Partner with Product and Finance to improve cost data and serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day cost-data hygiene.
  • Incorporate specialized deal modeling, including resell financial models, into Deal Desk workflows.
  • Maintain dashboards tracking deal velocity, bottleneck stages, and discount trends by sales segment.
  • Create and update enablement resources and Deal Playbooks for global sales teams.
  • Partner with SFDC and CPQ teams to track enhancements and system updates, including basic configurations and new-product integration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or associate's degree plus at least 3 years of experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Strategic Finance, Commercial Finance, or an analytical GTM/Deal Desk role. Without a degree, at least 5 years of relevant analytical experience is required.
  • Demonstrated analytical and financial skills, including knowledge of core financial concepts and the ability to explain financial tradeoffs clearly.
  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills, including financial models, logic formulas, and scenario analyses.
  • Knowledge of online sales or document-management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, CLM, and JIRA.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience operationalizing discount and commercial strategies in CPQ, SFDC, or Airtable.
  • Experience using AI technologies to modernize workflows.
  • Familiarity with managing internal and external partnerships.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Vermont, or Washington, D.C.: $96,640–$120,800.
  • New York, New Jersey, Washington State, or California outside the San Francisco Bay Area: $102,240–$127,800.
  • San Francisco Bay Area, California: $113,600–$142,000.
  • May be eligible for equity and a corporate bonus plan.
  • Benefits may include healthcare insurance, a 401(k) retirement account, paid sick time, paid personal time off, and paid parental leave.
  • Compensation ranges apply only to candidates in the listed jurisdictions; compensation elsewhere will be discussed during the hiring process.
