Optimize the go-to-market engine by defining KPIs, measuring performance, and analyzing data to identify trends, gaps, and root causes.
Refine headcount and capacity planning by modeling current and future needs across go-to-market functions.
Support strategic planning with GTM leaders and cross-functional partners on annual and long-range planning.
Apply AI tools and workflows to automate analysis, surface insights faster, and improve planning and forecasting efficiency.
Design and maintain dashboards and reports to improve decision-making.
Identify and drive improvements to revenue data workflows and data quality.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in GTM strategy, revenue operations, or sales finance, ideally in high-growth SaaS or enterprise B2B environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives.
Self-motivated, action-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
Ability to build trust and influence cross-functionally, including with senior GTM leaders.
Advanced modeling skills and fluency in building and scaling dynamic models on large datasets.
Strong understanding of SaaS unit economics and efficient scaling.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and business intelligence tools such as Omni.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $93,300–$145,800 USD.
Incentive compensation may be available for sales and sales-adjacent roles; other roles may participate in a corporate bonus program.
