Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Own the marketing operations infrastructure, attribution, automation, CRM integrity, and martech integrations for a remote RevOps team. The role requires 5+ years of experience, deep HubSpot expertise, AI-enabled workflow automation, and strong funnel analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities
- Identify funnel leaks and optimize conversion rates to increase demos, arrival rates, sales-cycle speed, and velocity.
- Analyze A/B tests, CRO experiments, and campaign optimizations.
- Build and maintain attribution reporting for campaign and event effectiveness, pipeline influence, and channel ROI.
- Create HubSpot dashboards and reports for marketing KPIs, pipeline attribution, and campaign performance.
- Provide actionable insights and educate teams on data interpretation.
- Support technical SEO and answer engine optimization; monitor Google Search Console and resolve crawlability and indexing issues with development teams.
- Manage scalable, compliant HubSpot email templates and marketing systems.
- Build HubSpot workflows and automations for lead nurturing, sales alerts, lifecycle updates, and campaign triggers.
- Oversee campaign tracking and deadlines in Asana.
- Build and maintain the full lead-to-revenue pipeline in HubSpot with Sales Operations.
- Manage contact enrichment, lead quality, lead scoring, CRM data integrity, and pipeline maintenance.
- Manage integrations across HubSpot, Slack, Walnut, and other marketing and sales tools.
- Evaluate and implement martech, AI tools, ABM platforms, and website heatmap technology.
- Create internal documentation and playbooks for marketing workflows and tools.
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing operations experience with hands-on ownership of HubSpot marketing and CRM features.
- Experience connecting LLMs or AI capabilities to marketing operations stacks and building automated workflows for marketing automation, pipeline prediction, and analytics.
- Experience managing marketing-to-sales handoffs, including lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and campaign attribution.
- Experience supporting sales-led and product-led growth models.
- Ability to build and maintain integrations between marketing, CRM, and enablement platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital performance metrics across email, paid media, and content.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and lead attribution modeling.
- Experience managing marketing campaigns in Asana or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- HubSpot Marketing Software, Operations, or Reporting certification.
- Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Search, or AI-related certifications.
- Familiarity with Demandbase, 6sense, or RollWorks.
- Experience with Decibel, Hotjar, or similar website behavior tracking tools.
- Basic HTML/CSS proficiency for reviewing email and landing-page builds.
- Understanding of Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
- Exposure to Twilio, Gong, and Slack integrations in a marketing context.
- Asana Ambassador, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing Labs certification.
