Responsibilities
AI and Agentic Design Enablement
- Drive AI adoption, evaluation, and workflow integration across Product Design, UX Research, and Content Design.
- Manage intake, evaluation, and approval for design plug-ins, Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, and generative AI tools.
- Partner with engineering teams to operationalize, launch, and drive adoption of internal AI tools and agentic workflows.
- Establish AI agent usage guidelines, evaluation standards, governance practices, prompt libraries, and design quality safeguards.
Design Systems and Change Management
- Lead change management for the Odyssey design system, including roadmaps, major releases, component updates, and usage guidelines.
- Drive adoption of design-system updates across Design and Engineering.
- Operationalize accessibility programs, including audits, localized guidelines, and continuous accessibility checks in design workflows.
Program Enablement
- Deliver workshops, brown bags, Figma and AI deep dives, and hackathons for design and content teams.
- Create and maintain operational templates, workflow documentation, and centralized resources.
- Measure adoption, effectiveness, time savings, and business impact of AI agents and design tools; use feedback to improve processes.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Design Operations, Creative Operations, or Program Management within complex software or SaaS design organizations.
- Hands-on experience with AI design tools, generative AI, large language models, Model Context Protocols, custom Figma plug-ins, and agentic workflows.
- Experience rolling out operational initiatives, design systems, or accessibility standards across cross-functional teams.
- Understanding of collaboration among UX Designers, Content Designers, UX Researchers, and Design Systems Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Strong problem-solving, organization, documentation, communication, and change-management skills.
- Familiarity with Figma, FigJam, Jira, Confluence, and AI design tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, and OpenAI or Anthropic workflows.
Compensation
- Annual base salary: $118,000–$162,000 CAD.
- Additional equity, bonus, and benefits may be available, including health, dental, vision insurance, RRSP matching, healthcare spending, telemedicine, and paid leave.
