Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans for focus Enterprise accounts across the UK and Ireland.
- Collaborate with sales, ecosystem, customer success, partner, ABM, events, and broader marketing teams to increase awareness, qualified pipeline, acquisition, and account growth.
- Support programs for the UK startup and founder ecosystem, including networking events, AI builder hackathons, startup and VC sponsorships, ecosystem relationship development, and localized acquisition programs.
- Coordinate sponsored trade shows, events, webinars, digital programs, landing pages, registration, email campaigns, and follow-up activities end to end.
- Build lead-generation plans that deliver qualified leads and pipeline growth.
- Use intent signals to deploy targeted campaigns that nurture technical champions and influence buying committees.
- Coordinate local content strategy and assist with video, customer stories, blog articles, and other regional marketing content.
- Communicate marketing activities to sales teams and secure local speaking opportunities.
- Analyze campaign performance, report results, measure return on investment, and recommend improvements.
- Maintain accurate program reporting and share marketing best practices and industry trends.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in the technology sector with event or marketing experience.
- Metrics-driven approach with the ability to measure return on investment against budget.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and oral communication skills.
- Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, customer success, and partner teams.
- Results-driven, resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to shift priorities and support other team members as needed.
