Campaigns & Memberships Marketing Manager

Own integrated B2B campaigns, industry memberships, newsletters, nurture programs, and social channels while optimizing buyer-journey engagement and pipeline impact. The role requires strong marketing automation, analytics, partnership management, and familiarity with fintech, regulated sectors, or crypto.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and measure integrated, multi-channel B2B campaigns from brief through pipeline generation.
  • Own industry memberships and association relationships, including selection, management, and measurable return.
  • Build and manage newsletter and nurture programs that engage audiences and strengthen relationships.
  • Own the social media calendar across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other relevant channels, including organic and paid activity.
  • Partner with Field Marketing to adapt global campaigns for regional markets.
  • Brief the Creative team with clear audiences, objectives, and success measures.
  • Partner with Events on global events and webinars, including execution, registrations, and post-event amplification.
  • Work with Content Strategy to identify content gaps and develop assets for each stage of the buyer lifecycle.
  • Explore new channels, creative approaches, AI tools, and modern marketing practices to improve productivity and innovation.
  • Use marketing analytics to measure performance and recommend improvements to campaign ROI and audience engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience planning and executing integrated B2B campaigns with measurable pipeline impact.
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot or an equivalent marketing automation platform.
  • Experience managing industry partnerships or memberships with a commercial focus.
  • Solid understanding of LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and similar B2B channels, including organic and paid marketing.
  • Experience in a regulated sector, fintech, or crypto, or a strong demonstrable interest in the space.
  • Excellent written communication tailored to different channels.
  • Ability to take ownership of outcomes, make data-driven decisions, and optimize campaigns across the buyer journey.
  • Ability to work at pace while maintaining a high quality standard.
