About the job

Responsibilities

  • Own workstreams for Snowflake-hosted events across EMEA, including World Tour stops, developer events, executive workshops, customer dinners, and partner events.
  • Deliver sponsored third-party conferences, managing booth space, branding, speaking slots, passes, entitlements, and organizer deadlines.
  • Manage event logistics end to end, from planning through onsite delivery and post-event wrap-up.
  • Build registration programs, track RSVPs and attendance, and coordinate agendas, speakers, content, briefings, rehearsals, and session logistics.
  • Coordinate venues, catering, signage, production, branding, swag, booth builds, AV, furniture, shipping, and exhibitor logistics with vendors and agencies.
  • Deliver customer and executive hospitality and coordinate priority customer and target-account engagement with Sales and Field Marketing.
  • Own lead capture processes, including scanning setup, staffing, data quality, reconciliation, and handoff to Sales and marketing operations.
  • Own assigned budget lines; track spend, purchase orders, invoices, supplier paperwork, and variances.
  • Track attendance, registration conversion, lead volume and quality, and spend against forecast.
  • Produce post-event reporting, recaps, debriefs, recommendations, and process improvements.
  • Maintain event trackers, templates, and documentation and lead reviews for assigned workstreams.
  • Collaborate with Strategic Events, Field Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications and PR, Creative and Brand, venues, agencies, and production partners.

Requirements

  • Experience independently owning event workstreams, including onsite delivery.
  • Experience with B2B trade shows, conferences, or owned events, ideally in technology or another fast-moving industry.
  • Strong organizational, project-management, prioritization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Comfort working with ambiguity, vendors, agencies, budgets, purchase orders, invoices, and spend tracking.
  • Data-driven approach to event performance and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace.
  • Willingness to travel across EMEA and work occasional evenings or weekends around key events.
