Owns the end-to-end growth experimentation engine across acquisition, onboarding, activation, and pricing. The role combines product analytics, statistical rigor, and cross-functional execution to increase subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue.

Responsibilities
- Own data and growth experimentation across the full funnel, from landing pages through in-app experiences and pricing.
- Identify opportunities through funnel and product data.
- Build and prioritize the testing backlog.
- Design and evaluate experiments, including test sizing, success metrics, and statistical validity.
- Own experiment tracking and reporting, turning results into product and revenue decisions.
- Drive experiments across onboarding, activation, pricing, and monetization.
- Align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap.
- Optimize for subscriptions, pipeline, and revenue rather than clicks or conversion rates alone.
Requirements
- Track record of running high-velocity experimentation programs end to end, from hypothesis development and prioritization through test design and analysis, with measurable revenue impact.
- Experience running experiments beyond marketing websites, including in-product onboarding, activation, pricing, or monetization.
- Strong proficiency with product analytics tools such as PostHog, Amplitude, or Google Analytics 4.
- Strong statistical literacy, including test sizing, avoiding false winners, and selecting appropriate success metrics.
- Ability to align paid media, design, engineering, and product teams around a shared optimization roadmap.
Nice-to-haves
- Front-end web development skills, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React, to build test variants independently.
- Experience optimizing product-led growth and self-serve funnels alongside sales-assisted funnels.
