Staff Product Manager - AI FDE

Leads the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of enterprise AI solutions at the intersection of customers, forward-deployed engineering, core engineering, and go-to-market teams. The role requires 8+ years of product management experience, strong technical fluency in modern AI, and enterprise customer leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for large-scale AI solutions and services.
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, requirements, development, launch, and metrics analysis.
  • Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, data scientists, and solution architects.
  • Partner with design, marketing, sales, engineering, and go-to-market teams to deliver products.
  • Engage enterprise customers and executives to understand needs, validate hypotheses, and ensure solutions address high-value problems.
  • Distill bespoke customer solutions into scalable, repeatable products, converting one-off deployments into platform features.
  • Collaborate with Snowflake and customer leadership on product and business strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 8+ years of product management experience.
  • Track record of shipping successful enterprise software or cloud services.
  • Deep technical fluency for leading architectural discussions with senior engineers.
  • Hands-on experience with data science workflows and modern AI paradigms, including LLMs, vector databases, and agentic workflows.
  • Ability to develop product strategy and translate it into an actionable roadmap.
  • Strong customer empathy and experience working directly with enterprise customers.
  • Exceptional executive presence and communication skills.
  • Passion for building exceptional products and a strong execution mindset.

Nice to Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience building and launching products for developers or data scientists.
  • Familiarity with the Snowflake platform and Data Cloud ecosystem.
  • Management consulting experience.
  • Experience in high-growth, ambiguous environments.
  • Experience supporting professional services or forward-deployed engineering teams.
