Responsibilities
- Own discovery through delivery for high-priority product bets, from ambiguity and validation through launch and measurable impact.
- Partner directly with engineers, founders, and product leadership to frame problems, define hypotheses, select research and experimentation methods, and drive execution.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative signals into product direction and practical tradeoffs.
- Define success metrics, determine when evidence is sufficient to build, and own outcomes.
- Establish structured learning loops and lightweight frameworks for discovery and decision-making.
- Coach teammates and raise the standard of product thinking across the organization.
- Work across the full product lifecycle, including user interviews, prototype testing, experimentation, and detailed execution with engineers.
Requirements
- Staff-level product management experience with end-to-end ownership of important product initiatives.
- Strong product judgment and hands-on discovery skills.
- Ability to connect user behavior to funnels, retention, and revenue.
- Fluency in qualitative research, behavioral analysis, and experimentation.
- Strong engineering partnership skills, including problem framing and practical tradeoff evaluation.
- Comfort making decisions and shipping under uncertainty.
- Excellent judgment, communication, and ownership of outcomes.
Compensation
- £120,000–£180,000 annual salary.
