Responsibilities
- Lead Executive Briefings for Anthropic’s most strategic EMEA accounts, tailoring narratives, tone, and proof points to each market and culture.
- Own strategic positioning for top-tier customers, including executive narratives, value cases, strategic proposals, and success plans, in collaboration with Sales and Applied AI.
- Create reusable executive-facing content, including industry perspectives, value frameworks, and templates for strategic proposals and success plans.
- Translate the European regulatory landscape—including the EU AI Act, GDPR, DORA, EU AML regulations, data residency, and data sovereignty—into a strategic value proposition for Claude.
- Partner with Sales and Applied AI before and after engagements to align, debrief, and carry the vision through execution.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to high-momentum accounts and sustain deal momentum.
- Travel regularly across EMEA for executive engagements, workshops, and strategic account meetings; travel is expected to exceed 50% of working time.
Requirements
- 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology or management consulting, including significant executive-level experience in EMEA markets.
- Track record of influencing C-suite leaders at large European enterprises across diverse cultures and markets.
- Deep understanding of how large, regulated organizations evaluate, adopt, and scale technology.
- Ability to connect AI capabilities to strategic outcomes through clear value frameworks and business cases.
- Experience producing executive-grade content, including industry perspectives, strategic proposals, and success plans.
- Strong understanding of enterprise transformation success factors.
- Comfort working with ambiguity and pace in a fast-moving market.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with Sales and Applied AI teams.
- English proficiency; another major European language is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time across EMEA.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a CTO, Field CTO, consulting partner, or senior technical seller.
- Experience working with regulators, procurement teams, and works councils in large European organizations.
- Experience across sectors such as financial services, insurance, telecommunications, manufacturing and automotive, life sciences, energy, public sector, retail, or luxury.
Compensation
- Annual on-target earnings range: £185,000–£225,000 GBP, including target sales commissions or bonuses and base salary.
