Responsibilities
- Own a major area of Fin’s AI platform or AI agent, including its vision, strategy, roadmap, and impact.
- Develop deep understanding of customer needs, business direction, and AI system capabilities to guide product decisions.
- Collaborate with ML scientists, ML engineers, AI designers, and ML researchers to assess ideas, feasibility, trade-offs, and product opportunities.
- Take AI concepts from exploration through production launches.
- Run experiments, define success metrics, evaluate performance, and iterate on AI experiences.
- Partner with the core product organization to integrate AI across the platform.
- Collaborate with go-to-market, marketing, support, and operations teams to drive adoption and customer impact.
- Create clarity and alignment across teams, communicate decisions, and drive outcomes.
Requirements
- Strong AI and technical fluency, including experience building or working deeply with AI/ML products; generative AI experience is preferred.
- Ability to discuss model behavior, evaluation, prompts, architectures, constraints, and trade-offs with technical partners.
- Excellent product judgment across customer needs, business goals, and technical realities.
- Strong problem-framing and customer-insight skills using research, data, and customer conversations.
- Experience collaborating with engineering and design to ship high-quality software.
- Ability to test, measure, and iterate on AI systems and user-facing AI features.
- Understanding of safety, reliability, and customer value in AI products.
- Strong communication, influence, leadership, ownership, and ability to create momentum in ambiguous environments.
