Own the overall relationship with banking, wealth, and insurance customers, identifying key stakeholders and building relationships.
Manage partnership, commercial, and technical topics; develop strategies to increase customer product adoption, engagement, and growth to drive revenue.
Own revenue targets, including identifying and closing upsell opportunities and leading commercial negotiations for contract renewals.
