Responsibilities
- Own the overall relationship with banking, wealth, and insurance customers, identifying key stakeholders and building relationships.
- Manage partnership, commercial, and technical topics; develop strategies to increase customer product adoption, engagement, and growth to drive revenue.
- Own revenue targets, including identifying and closing upsell opportunities and leading commercial negotiations for contract renewals.
- Provide strategic advisory and product consultative guidance on Plaid and industry best practices.
- Champion customers internally, translating feedback into product insights and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Partnerships, Support, Risk, Legal, Finance, Commercial, Engineering, Product, and Business Operations.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of quota carrying account management experience; ideally with large enterprise organizations.
- Ability to collaborate with technical teams for successful customer launches; B2B technology experience a strong plus.
- Deep customer empathy and desire for customer success.
- Quickly understand new technologies and become subject matter expert in Plaid’s APIs.
- Interest in financial services and technical products; grit, enthusiasm, intellectual curiosity.
- Excitement for high-growth environment and building processes/tools.
- Adaptable, capable of building long-lasting relationships.
