Responsibilities
- Manage strategic accounts across major logistics service providers, driving stakeholder alignment, product adoption, measurable impact, and growth across global operations.
- Lead onboarding and adoption for new users, enabling customers to use Altana’s platform effectively.
- Conduct in-depth customer analysis to optimize experience and outcomes.
- Collaborate with product and implementation engineering teams on contract delivery and product improvements.
- Own customer calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), using data-driven insights and communicating customer feedback to internal teams.
- Connect tactical account management with broader commercial and product objectives.
- Partner with Account Executives to identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Synthesize and communicate customer feedback to the product team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of account management experience with logistics customers, such as 3PLs, cargo, or freight organizations.
- Experience driving strategic initiatives from concept through execution in fast-moving environments.
- Demonstrated success expanding accounts year over year.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and receptiveness to feedback.
- Willingness to learn fundamental concepts of data fusion and machine learning.
- Ability to communicate product value to technical and commercial audiences.
- Must be within commuting distance of the Brooklyn, NY office and planned Midtown Manhattan office.

- Annual base salary: $125,000–$150,000 USD.
