Enterprise Account Manager

Own strategic relationships with enterprise healthcare customers, driving adoption, renewals, expansion, and net revenue retention. The role requires at least three years of enterprise B2B SaaS experience, strong consultative communication, and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

  • Own net revenue retention and ARR across a portfolio of approximately 40–60 enterprise customers.
  • Build and execute account and value plans that drive product adoption, measurable outcomes, and expansion.
  • Lead renewals, upsells, and cross-sells through a disciplined commercial process.
  • Run executive check-ins and QBRs connecting product usage to business impact and roadmap.
  • Use Freshpaint, Looker, and HubSpot to monitor customer health, forecast accurately, and prioritize engagement.
  • Partner with Support, CSE, Product, Marketing, Partnerships, and Sales to remove blockers and unlock customer value.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and voice of the customer for champions and executive sponsors.
  • Travel up to 30% for onsite visits, conferences, and company events.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in customer-facing, commercially accountable roles in B2B SaaS, such as Account Management or Customer Success, serving enterprise customers.
  • Proven success driving adoption, renewals, and expansion with measurable impact on net revenue retention.
  • Strong consultative skills, including uncovering business problems, defining success metrics, and mapping capabilities to product value.
  • Data-driven and operationally excellent, with disciplined account planning, forecasting, and CRM hygiene.
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to translate between marketers, product managers, data teams, engineers, and executives.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including business reviews and C-level presentations.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote, early-stage, high-growth environment with significant ownership.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with customer data, analytics, or marketing technology products.
  • Experience working with healthcare providers, payers, dental support organizations, or urgent care groups.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA, healthcare data privacy, or other regulated-industry frameworks.
  • Experience with analytics tools or warehouses such as Looker, Tableau, Snowflake, or Redshift.
  • Exposure to MEDDIC or Command of the Message.

Compensation and Benefits

  • $120,000–$135,000 annual salary.
