Enterprise Account Manager

Manages enterprise customer relationships for Lyft Business, designing transportation solutions and growing revenue across large accounts. The role requires at least four years of customer-facing experience, strong account strategy, pipeline management, and the ability to work toward revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships with enterprise partners as Lyft’s primary representative for business transportation needs.
  • Partner with Fortune 500 companies to design, sell, and implement custom transportation solutions for employees, recruits, VIPs, guests, subscribers, and other passengers.
  • Identify and generate additional revenue through upsells and cross-sells across commuter benefits, events, employee perks, concierge, and corporate travel use cases.
  • Maintain an active pipeline, including opportunity stages, close dates, revenue forecasts, and deal documentation.
  • Expand stakeholder and decision-maker relationships within client organizations.
  • Represent client needs to Product, Engineering, Sales Operations, Legal, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Lead recurring client check-ins and formal quarterly business reviews.
  • Address roadblocks, communicate account health, and share best practices.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on go-to-market collateral and campaigns.
  • Develop business plans and playbooks to drive partner ride growth.
  • Maintain knowledge of Lyft Business products, services, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role; Sales, Customer Success, or Business Development experience preferred.
  • Comfortable working in a sales environment with urgency and independence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working toward revenue targets and driving growth within a managed portfolio.
  • Demonstrated success managing large customers and prioritizing workflows.
  • Ability to build proactive business plans and develop strategies for account growth.
  • Ability to deliver business value and build strong client relationships.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and ability to overcome challenges and objections.

  • Expected San Francisco-area pay range: $110,857–$138,571, excluding potential equity and benefits.
