Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and execution of new property onboarding, including kickoff calls, pre-launch preparation, and post-launch success monitoring.
- Develop and maintain training programs and materials for property management teams focused on platform use and resident engagement.
- Oversee the property onboarding tracker and integration processes for large-scale launches and individual property additions.
- Manage and optimize training strategies for new property teams, including delivering training and educational content.
- Manage daily operations and relationships for a portfolio of smaller alliance partnerships as the primary point of contact.
- Support member-service escalations and enterprise-account inquiries, partnering with internal teams to resolve complex resident issues.
- Lead monthly Q&A sessions with property portfolios and maintain regular stakeholder communication.
- Serve as an operational leader for site teams across property management companies.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and partner visits; travel approximately 25–30% of the time.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in property management, leasing, or multifamily marketing.
- Strong understanding of property management systems and leasing operations.
- Technical onboarding experience and experience with CRM systems and property management software.
- Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer-service platforms.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.
- Strong communication, presentation, training, and educational-content development skills.
- Data-driven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with property management teams.
- Ability to travel 25–30% of the time.

- Experience with loyalty programs or rewards platforms.
- Multifamily marketing or resident-retention experience.
- Knowledge of property management systems such as Yardi or RealPage.

Compensation and Benefits
