Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and expand hotel partner relationships within the assigned territory, aiming to surpass quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners to develop strong, enduring partnerships and provide timely support, including in-person assistance as needed.
  • Implement strategies to manage and optimize the long tail of thousands of hotels in the region.
  • Prospect and onboard new, high-quality hotel supply within the assigned geography.
  • Educate clients on product updates and communicate product and public-policy feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.
  • Use data to identify and pursue strategic growth opportunities and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Develop and implement localized engagement projects that foster innovation within the territory.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, communications, public policy, legal, tax, and customer support teams.
  • Develop comprehensive knowledge of local market trends to inform internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understand the technical aspects of software partnerships to support a seamless experience for hosts and guests.
  • Represent Airbnb in external meetings with hotels and at industry conferences.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in new sales, account management, and partner support.
  • Proven ability to manage a leads pipeline and a book of business.
  • Proficient quantitative skills and the ability to interpret and apply data in daily work.
  • Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels and execute in ambiguous environments.
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including client communication by phone, email, and in person.

Nice to Have

  • 2+ years of experience in the technology or travel industry.

Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay range: $111,000–$123,000 USD.
  • May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
