- Partner with engineering leadership to foster a productive, innovative, and impactful engineering environment.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience.
- 3+ years in engineering management roles.
- Experience building user-facing applications with attention to usability, performance, and scale.
- Systems-thinking ability to understand the big picture, identify load-bearing challenges, and focus teams on priorities.
- Experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
- Willingness to work from the London office 4 days per week.
