Senior Solutions Architect, EMEA
Provides consultative technical guidance to EMEA customers, helping them implement, adopt, and scale Webflow while partnering with Sales and Customer Success. Requires 3–5+ years in enterprise Webflow implementations or SaaS solutions architecture and familiarity with web technologies, APIs, infrastructure, marketing, and security.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to launch customers, drive product adoption, and reduce time to first value.
- Tailor launch strategies to customers’ business needs and objectives.
- Build and deepen strategic customer relationships.
- Provide consultative technical guidance and detailed implementation plans.
- Advocate for customers by gathering feedback, identifying trends, and influencing product direction.
- Create repeatable customer-facing artifacts, templates, integrations, and site examples that communicate Webflow’s value and simplify adoption.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in enterprise Webflow implementations or SaaS solutions architecture.
- Experience with or technical aptitude to learn front-end web development concepts, including HTML, CSS, React, and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of APIs, hosting and infrastructure, enterprise architecture, conversion rate optimization, digital marketing, SEO, UX/UI design, and security.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to nontechnical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving, prioritization, collaboration, and autonomous execution skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively across functions.
- Proactive interest in AI and emerging technologies.
