Forward Deployed Engineer
Leads end-to-end deployment of frontier AI systems for strategic customers, from discovery and system design through production rollout and adoption. Requires 6+ years of customer-facing engineering or deployment experience, production coding ability, LLM experience, and professional Spanish and English fluency.

Responsibilities
- Own technical delivery across multiple customer deployments, from initial prototype through stable production.
- Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value and improve product and model learning.
- Embed with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality.
- Contribute production code when progress or clarity depends on it.
- Codify effective deployment patterns into tools, playbooks, and reusable building blocks.
- Share field feedback with Research and Product teams to improve models and products.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, partnerships, GRC, security, and go-to-market teams.
Requirements
- 6+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
- Professional fluency in Spanish and English.
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
- Ability to write and review production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by large language models or generative models.
- Understanding of how model behavior affects product experience.
- Strong communication, judgment, prioritization, and risk-management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to 50%.

- Hybrid role based in London, with 3 days per week in the office.
