Responsibilities
- Build and deploy AI Agents that automate low- to medium-complexity accounting workflows, including configuration, testing, and documentation.
- Train corporate accounting teams through structured sessions, hands-on workshops, guided build sessions, office hours, and ongoing coaching.
- Help customers identify automation opportunities, assess feasibility, and scope use cases.
- Troubleshoot agent configurations, validate inputs and outputs, and coordinate escalations with technical or integration teams.
- Share customer feedback, participate in feature testing, and identify usability improvements.
- Train internal team members on Transform’s agent-building tools and technical best practices.
- Manage training schedules, documentation, and customer enablement activities.
- Travel for customer training, workshops, and enablement engagements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in accounting, audit, or accounting operations.
- Strong familiarity with reconciliations, journal entries, variance reviews, and month-end close.
- Accounting background required; CA preferred, or US CPA/CMA.
- Familiarity with workflow automation, system optimization, or technology-enabled accounting processes.
- Understanding of data-flow, API, and integration concepts used in accounting systems.
- Strong communication, organizational, and process-translation skills.
Nice to Have
- Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Experience in professional services, finance transformation, or process optimization.
- Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite, Intacct, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with AI or automation platforms, LLM-based agents, RPA tools such as UiPath, or AI workflow builders.
- Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Resident Consultant, or Embedded Solutions Architect.
- Experience designing or maintaining SQL-based reporting and configuring API integrations.
- Strong business acumen and experience translating accounting or operational requirements into scalable technical workflows.
- Experience with SaaS platforms focused on finance transformation, compliance, or accounting automation.
