About the role

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full recruiting life cycle for technical roles, from sourcing through to offer negotiation
  • Collaborate with engineering and recruiting leadership to understand hiring needs, technical requirements, and team culture
  • Source and engage world-class engineering talent using advanced sourcing strategies, including boolean searches, GitHub, Stack Overflow, X, in-person events, and other creative channels
  • Build and maintain a strong, diverse pipeline of candidates across backend, full-stack, infrastructure, and other technical roles
  • Lead candidate outreach, conduct prescreening calls, and guide candidates through the interview process
  • Represent EliseAI's technical brand and value proposition effectively to passive candidates
  • Ensure our ATS is up-to-date and use data-driven insights to optimize and track recruiting performance
  • Contribute to improving recruiting processes, tools, and strategies based on data and feedback from the team
  • Plan and attend recruiting events, career fairs, meetups, and campus recruiting efforts to attract talent
  • Support other recruiting initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed

Requirements

  • 1-5 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter with a focus on technical roles
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience with creative candidate engagement techniques
  • Ability to quickly adapt and iterate on outreach and targeting strategies based on hiring trends and feedback
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to multitask
  • Strong EQ and analytical skills
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4-5 days a week

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000 - $175,000
