About the role

Responsibilities

Recruiting Coordination

  • Own interview scheduling and logistics across a high-volume slate of go-to-market requisitions, coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder interview loops across candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers.
  • Manage intricate interview cycles with multiple stages, shifting priorities, and last-minute changes while rescheduling and re-sequencing without dropping details.
  • Maintain accurate candidate data in Ashby, including pipeline stages, scorecards, and interview feedback.
  • Build and maintain interview loops in Ashby, including scorecards, interviewer assignments, and debrief scheduling.
  • Draft and send candidate communications throughout the funnel, including scheduling notes, rejections, and offer paperwork.
  • Support offer processes end to end, including compensation approvals, offer letter drafts, and background check coordination.
  • Serve as candidates' day-to-day point of contact and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Track pipeline health across multiple requisitions, surface bottlenecks, and help resolve stalled processes.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to keep requisitions, job postings, and approvals current across Ashby and other systems.

Sourcing Exposure

  • Support recruiters with light sourcing and outreach on select searches.
  • Help with market mapping and competitive research, including organizational structures, compensation trends, and hiring activity.
  • Build familiarity with the MarTech/data landscape and technical go-to-market roles, including Solutions Engineering, Customer Success Engineering, and Technical Account Management.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, HR operations, or a similarly detail-heavy, high-volume coordination role.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stage interview loops across many concurrent requisitions is strongly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Ashby is required, including managing pipelines, building interview plans, and pulling reports.
  • Proven ability to manage high volume without sacrificing quality.
  • Comfort with complexity, ambiguity, non-standard interview loops, last-minute panel changes, and shifting priorities.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive self-starter who takes ownership, identifies process gaps, and drives fixes with minimal direction.
  • Strong written communication skills and the ability to write clear, warm, professional candidate-facing messages.
  • Calm, dependable presence under pressure.
  • Genuine interest in growing beyond coordination into sourcing and eventually full-cycle recruiting.
  • Collaborative approach to partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual salary range: $95,000–$125,000 USD.
  • Meaningful equity compensation in the form of ISO options, including early exercise and a 10-year post-termination exercise window.
  • Ideally located in San Francisco and able to work in-office.
