Responsibilities
- Source qualified talent for General & Administrative roles through sourcing, job postings, referrals, and agencies.
- Screen candidates and assess alignment with open roles.
- Partner with leadership to design and streamline interview processes.
- Manage follow-up and closure for interviewed candidates.
- Negotiate compensation and close qualified candidates.
- Train interview teams and improve recruiting processes.
- Use Greenhouse to track candidate progress, resurface existing talent, and maintain clean reporting data.
- Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the interview process.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in an in-house or staffing-agency environment.
- Strong sourcing ability and knowledge of where top talent can be found.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple positions simultaneously.
- Excellent value-proposition communication, negotiation, and candidate-closing skills.
- Ability to operate with urgency throughout the recruiting cycle.
- Adaptability in an evolving recruiting process.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary of $98,000–$130,000 USD.
