Responsibilities
- Source and engage exceptional candidates, conduct initial screens, and identify strong referrals across employee networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring criteria and improve interview loops, scorecards, and evaluation processes.
- Map companies, teams, and talent pools to build candidate pipelines for current and future roles.
- Analyze recruiting funnels, sourcing channels, and conversion rates to identify hiring improvements.
- Organize events, campaigns, and partnerships that strengthen the talent brand, particularly in San Francisco.
- Collaborate with engineers and company leaders to write blog posts, develop content, and communicate the company’s work.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience at a high-growth startup or another fast-paced environment, ideally in engineering, product, operations, go-to-market, or strategy.
- Undergraduate degree from a top university; a computer science or other technical background is a plus.
- Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage candidates across technical and business functions.
- Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and compellingly.
- Analytical mindset, sound judgment, and a track record of taking ownership and moving projects forward.
- Willingness to work in person at the San Francisco or New York office 4–5 days per week.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $90,000–$150,000.
