Leads enterprise customer deployments of containerized Celonis solutions, translating technical requirements into secure Kubernetes architectures, integrations, and identity configurations. Responsibilities
- Lead the deployment of containerized solutions within customer environments.
- Serve as the key technical stakeholder for successful technical delivery and onboarding of enterprise clients.
- Analyze customer architectures, recommend optimal solutions, facilitate deployments, and manage expectations amid technical constraints.
- Remove technical obstacles and clarify technical risks and tradeoffs to maximize user adoption.
- Choose between dedicated customer solutions and broader platform enhancements in collaboration with product development.
- Establish real-time data integrations between customer systems and Celonis through APIs and internal tools.
- Guide customers on authentication, user and group management, and provisioning best practices.
- Support deployment and use of process mining, execution management, process automation, Action Flow, and task mining capabilities.
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3 years deploying and managing containerized applications on Kubernetes.
- Advanced knowledge of at least one Kubernetes distribution, such as Amazon EKS, Azure AKS, or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Eligibility for UK Security Check (SC) clearance; existing clearance is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of deploying, scaling, and maintaining highly available, secure, and resilient Kubernetes applications.
- Experience implementing infrastructure as code, such as Terraform.
- Experience with project management and customer-facing technical delivery.
- Strong customer focus and ability to communicate complex technical concepts to broad audiences.
- Knowledge of security and compliance for enterprise applications.

- AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- REST/SOAP API management, data ingestion and streaming, Kafka, single sign-on, LDAP, IT security, and Agile methods.
