Junior GTM Engineer building AI-powered revenue systems and autonomous sales agents for home improvement contractors at Hearth. Ship production AI features with direct revenue impact from day one alongside the VP of Revenue; ideal for strong new-grad builders who use AI tools as default.
About the job
Responsibilities
- Build and ship revenue-critical systems and AI agents for lead scoring, qualification, appointment booking, quote follow-up, and sales automation.
- Work directly with the VP of Revenue on rebuilding how the company runs its revenue motions with AI at the center.
- Close gaps in the revenue stack in days, not months; own real pieces of the machine from day one with work measured against revenue impact.
- Use AI tools (e.g. Claude Code) as default to build full applications and agents beyond what a traditional resume would suggest.
Requirements
- Built real things people used: side projects with users, tools for clubs/internships, or agents that ran autonomously.
- Build with AI as default; proficient with Python and SQL where applicable.
- Hungry for rapid scope, measured impact, and fast feedback; prefer scoreboard over syllabus.
- Strong builder mindset from college or equivalent experience; degree secondary to shipped work.
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar revenue tools (not required).
- Familiarity with agentic AI systems or production lead scoring.
