The HR Operations Coordinator manages onboarding, payroll data, employee changes, terminations, and HR support for clients and employees in an international EOR model. The role requires at least three years of HR operations experience, HRIS and ticketing-system proficiency, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Responsibilities
Employee lifecycle
- Own end-to-end onboarding, including collecting client details, drafting employment agreements, and coordinating new-hire Day One readiness.
- Manage employee lifecycle changes such as promotions, salary changes, and role changes by drafting and executing addenda.
- Coordinate terminations and mutual separations, including agreements, timelines, secure data handling, and compliance.
- Prepare, upload, and audit payroll data templates to support accurate, timely payroll processing.
Client and employee support
- Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries, including leave policies and HRIS navigation.
- Manage the ticketing queue, response-time KPIs, and resolution rates.
- Triage complex cases to Senior HR Advisors with complete background context.
Data, systems, and compliance
- Sync, upload, transfer, and reconcile employee data across global systems.
- Build and improve standard operating procedures, templates, and macros.
- Research multi-country labor requirements to support global compliance.
- Track task completion rates and system performance to improve operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in HR support, HR operations, or a related role in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of onboarding, payroll, employee changes, and termination processes.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and cross-system data management and reconciliation.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with ticketing systems such as Salesforce and HRIS platforms such as Rippling and Workday.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
