Responsibilities
Strategic Planning & Operations
- Own the Learning & Quality operating cadence and planning process, translating organizational priorities into goals and metrics.
- Keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and decisions needed.
- Lead and develop a team of 10 across Quality Assurance and Education & Enablement.
- Build processes that connect quality findings to training priorities.
Education & Enablement
- Redesign Enrollment onboarding to improve engagement and reduce time to proficiency.
- Blend instructor-led training with scalable, self-paced learning through an LMS.
- Maintain the Enrollment Specialist knowledge base and handbook as an accurate, accessible source of truth.
Quality
- Identify and implement AI, automation, and other technology solutions to improve quality-assurance efficiency.
- Own monthly QA processes, including call evaluations, coaching, calibration, and performance reporting.
- Continuously refine quality standards to measure meaningful outcomes.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of experience in operations, program management, and people leadership within a high-growth startup.
- Experience managing teams and driving performance through coaching, clear expectations, and accountability.
- Experience building and scaling operational programs and processes.
- Experience presenting strategy and results to senior leadership and using data to support recommendations and decisions.
- Senior-level cross-functional partnership with Operations, Product, Data, or similar functions.
- Experience owning metrics and reporting for a function or program.
- Strong operational and program-management skills.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, operate in ambiguity, and deliver outcomes independently.
- Comfort analyzing data and drawing conclusions from it.
- Interest in AI, automation, and evaluating new technology.
Nice to Have
- Experience with employee training and quality-assurance programs.
- Experience in onboarding design, coaching frameworks, or quality-review processes.
- Healthcare experience and familiarity with healthcare terminology and regulations.
