Senior Learning Experience Lead, Onboarding & Enablement
Leads Replit’s learning platform and onboarding and enablement experiences, initially for Support and eventually across the company. The role combines instructional design, live facilitation, hands-on platform building, cross-functional leadership, and measurement of learning impact.

Responsibilities
- Own the learning platform roadmap, learning journeys, and instructional design as the directly responsible individual.
- Lead Support onboarding end-to-end, including live facilitation, conversion of live sessions into on-demand learning, and role-based learning journeys.
- Create prescriptive learning paths, content, and learning plans.
- Define measurement criteria and use data, tracking, and feedback loops to evaluate behavior change and ramp speed beyond completion rates.
- Expand adoption of the platform and learning function across the company.
- Lead cross-functional onboarding, cohort, and learning-path initiatives.
- Facilitate live learning and turn sessions into durable on-demand content.
Requirements
- Deep learning and development or learning-experience expertise, including designing and running learning programs and owning measurable outcomes.
- Hands-on experience building learning apps, LMS experiences, or similar tools with modern technology.
- Experience leading multi-person, cross-functional efforts and creating onboarding, cohort, or learning-path programs from scratch.
- Strong live facilitation skills.
- Experience with pre/post measurement, behavior-change metrics, and feedback loops.
- Ability to learn new domains quickly and work effectively in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI-native build tools such as Replit or modern no-code/low-code app builders.
- Microlearning and cohort-based program design experience.
- Experience extending learning experiences across an organization.
- Coaching or manager-development experience.
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual salary: $160,000–$190,000, plus equity.
