Senior HRBP / Senior People Partner
Serve as the first senior strategic HR partner for leaders across a rapidly scaling company, owning organizational design, employee relations, performance and compensation cycles, and manager coaching. The role requires 7+ years in high-growth HRBP or People Partner roles, strong U.S. employment expertise, and data and AI fluency.

Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leaders on organizational design, headcount planning, leveling, and team structure.
- Coach managers on feedback, performance, team dynamics, and difficult conversations.
- Own employee relations end to end, including investigations, performance improvement plans, and separations, in coordination with counsel.
- Run performance and compensation cycles from calibration through communication in partnership with People Operations.
- Turn people data into decisions and build scalable people-management playbooks.
- Use AI to automate repeatable People work, focusing time on judgment, coaching, and strategy.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or People Partner in high-growth environments.
- Experience scaling organizations through the 150–500 employee range.
- Deep employee relations experience and fluency in multi-state U.S. employment practices.
- Experience independently running performance and compensation cycles.
- Strong manager coaching, communication, judgment, and stakeholder-trust skills.
- Data fluency and experience using AI tools to automate work.
