Partner Solutions Engineer

Build and scale Hex’s technical partner enablement program through curricula, demos, onboarding, training, and strategic deal support. Responsibilities

  • Design and own technical enablement curricula for Hex's SI and consulting partner ecosystem, including certification tracks, hands-on workshops, sandbox environments, and reusable reference assets.
  • Build and maintain a partner-facing demo library.
  • Run technical onboarding, joint solutioning sessions, and architecture reviews for new partners.
  • Deliver recurring live and recorded trainings, workshops, and office hours.
  • Support strategic partner deals through proof-of-value work, architecture design, and technical objection handling.
  • Produce solution briefs, implementation guides, best-practice documentation, and demo scripts.
  • Relay technical feedback from partner engagements to Product and Engineering.
  • Track partner enablement health, including certifications, demo independence, time-to-first-deal, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture.
  • Experience enabling channel, systems integration, or consulting partners.
  • Hands-on fluency with SQL and Python.
  • Experience building and demonstrating end-to-end analytics workflows in a notebook-style environment.
  • Experience designing training curricula or enablement programs from scratch.
  • Strong live presentation and demo skills.
  • Working knowledge of the modern data stack and how SI partners scope and staff analytics engagements.
  • Track record of building trust with partner practice leads, solution architects, and delivery teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 25–30%.

Compensation and Benefits

  • On-target earnings: $177,000–$236,500.
