Responsibilities
- Lead and grow a high-performing sales team through hiring, coaching, and development.
- Own revenue growth across the market, selling to leading AI and technology businesses and scaling to millions in ARR.
- Navigate complex, full-cycle enterprise and mid-market sales with startup and Fortune 500 customers.
- Partner with the VP of Global Sales on go-to-market strategy, ideal customer profile expansion, and new verticals.
- Run sales cycles during the ramp period to learn the product, buyers, and sales motion firsthand.
- Define how the product is positioned and pitched, setting standards for the sales team.
- Represent the company at industry events and in senior customer relationships across the AI and Physical AI ecosystem.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to influence product and go-to-market decisions.
- Support marketing, events, community, and onboarding as needed.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of go-to-market experience at B2B SaaS companies.
- Proven track record leading and scaling high-performing sales teams.
- Demonstrated ability to hire, develop, and retain top sales talent.
- Deep experience selling technical products to ML engineers, data scientists, CTOs, and AI platform leaders.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise and mid-market deals.
- Strong commercial judgment and ability to build rapport and influence across seniority levels.
- Ability to engage senior leadership and build credibility within a sales team.
- Track record of top-percentile performance in sales leadership or another competitive environment.
- Clear perspective on effective go-to-market strategy and the conviction to build processes from scratch.
- Willingness to work in ambiguity and take a builder-oriented approach.
- Genuine interest in Physical AI.
