Requirements
5+ years of successfully building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers
Experience in Big Data, Cloud (Azure, AWS, GCP), Analytics, or AI spaces
History of exceeding quota in hyper-growth enterprise technology companies
Understanding of value selling and sales methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of Message)
Knowledge of developing partner ecosystems to grow strategic enterprise territories and ensure customer success
Strong Retail industry experience preferred
Proven track record of leading teams focused on enterprise territories and driving consumption
Compensation
Total compensation package includes eligibility for annual performance bonus and equity
Leads and scales state government sales for childcare SaaS platform, personally closing large ARR deals ($1M-$15M+) with agencies while building and coaching a high-performing sales team. Requires proven government sales expertise, procurement knowledge, heavy travel, and AI tool proficiency.
