Responsibilities
- Manage daily and weekly sales activities, pipelines, forecasts, and closed deals to drive predictable, above-quota results.
- Lead a manufacturing-focused territory team focused on net-new customer acquisition and expansion across strategic accounts.
- Build, measure, and optimize a repeatable enterprise sales process.
- Recruit, hire, and manage a growing team of experienced Account Executives.
- Develop scalable systems and processes to improve sales skills, product and industry knowledge, and professional habits.
- Train and assist sales representatives in prospecting, managing, and closing complex transactions.
- Build a positive, motivating, and performance-driven team culture.
- Set targeted goals to expand and accelerate revenue opportunities.
- Track and report growth metrics, plan resource allocation, forecast growth, and monitor pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and take ownership of cross-functional projects.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in SaaS sales.
- 5+ years of experience leading a sales team, ideally in an enterprise environment.
- Demonstrated experience closing enterprise business and repeatedly exceeding individual contributor quotas.
- Experience recruiting, hiring, and managing talented sales professionals.
- Ability to build scalable processes and optimize them using analytical skills.
- Strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong emotional intelligence and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience using modern sales tools such as LinkedIn and Salesforce.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to follow through on projects.
- Willingness to take on varied, hands-on projects and learn quickly.
