Responsibilities
- Engage high-profile prospects through sales outreach, executive briefs, and industry events.
- Drive thought leadership on Fetch and AI’s role in loyalty, commerce, and media.
- Convert prospects and partners into long-term strategic relationships and secure revenue commitments.
- Articulate Fetch’s value proposition and advertising products.
- Partner with Industry Leads, Account Managers, and leadership on multi-stakeholder projects.
- Grow accounts from testing through full partnership using data-backed recommendations and AI-enabled modeling.
- Interpret datasets and generate insights using dashboards, market intelligence platforms, and campaign optimization tools.
- Develop strategic playbooks, best practices, onboarding tools, and AI-enabled sales processes.
- Create, test, and refine strategic pitches to solve complex sales challenges.
- Own quarterly and annual forecasting, gap-to-quota plans, pipeline management, and Salesforce hygiene.
- Influence vertical strategy and AI-aligned go-to-market plans.
- Coach and mentor sellers, support hiring, and help shape the partner manager team.
- Identify process inefficiencies, share partner feedback, and surface industry trends.
- Manage complex partner-account structures and drive executive buy-in using LinkedIn or ZoomInfo.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in partnerships, sales, or a related field.
- Direct experience in digital media, advertising, or consumer data.
- Strong organizational and execution skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Expert understanding of digital advertising KPIs and how media solutions drive outcomes.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Enterprise Travel & Entertainment vertical experience.
- Experience analyzing campaign data and presenting insights.
- Cross-functional experience with implementation, analytics, or sales teams.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $175,000–$189,500.
- On-target earnings: $306,250–$331,625, excluding accelerators and sales plan incentive funds.
