Responsibilities
- Own revenue, forecasting, and day-to-day execution for a team of enterprise Account Executives and assigned accounts.
- Help execute the segment-wide enterprise sales strategy and refine repeatable, scalable sales processes.
- Recruit, lead, coach, and develop enterprise Account Executives through performance management and career development.
- Lead complex, multi-threaded deals involving executives, operators, procurement, multiple business units, and private-equity roll-up accounts.
- Drive net-new logo acquisition and expansion within existing roll-up and national accounts, converting pilots into enterprise-wide partnerships.
- Partner with Solutions, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, SDR, and Revenue Operations teams to scope solutions and support successful outcomes.
- Build and review ROI-driven business cases for C-suite and board-level stakeholders.
- Maintain forecasting accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and deal visibility across long enterprise sales cycles.
- Surface customer and field insights to inform the enterprise roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
- Use automation, modern sales tooling, and AI-driven tools to streamline processes and improve conversion.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and headquarters visits.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience.
- 1–2+ years of sales management or team-lead experience; player-coach experience is a plus.
- Track record of scaling sales teams, building repeatable systems, and exceeding ambitious revenue targets.
- Experience navigating executive relationships, procurement, multi-division rollouts, and deals exceeding $1 million in scope.
- Fluency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and performance analytics.
- Ability to identify operational pain points and develop compelling, ROI-backed business cases.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and senior-level relationship-building skills.
- Growth mindset, bias for action, and enthusiasm for innovation.

- Experience with home services contractors, general contractors, developers, PropTech, InsurTech, or field-service software.
