Senior Litigation Paralegal

Leads litigation support operations across employment, IP, and general litigation, managing legal holds, e-discovery, outside counsel coordination, and matter workflows. Requires 5+ years of litigation paralegal experience, strong organizational judgment, and comfort implementing legal technology and AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead paralegal supporting employment, intellectual property, and general litigation matters.
  • Own matter intake, trackers, calendaring, document management, deadline tracking, and matter closeout.
  • Coordinate with outside counsel on filings, discovery, document collection and production, invoices, and matter administration.
  • Manage legal holds and preservation, including drafting notices, issuing and tracking holds, and coordinating preservation activities across systems.
  • Lead and support e-discovery, including data collections and ingestions, review workflows, internal investigation document review, and evaluation of AI-enabled discovery tools.
  • Improve and scale litigation processes, playbooks, metrics, and workflows through automation, AI, and legal technology.
  • Evaluate, pilot, and implement tools for litigation support, discovery readiness, matter management, and knowledge sharing.
  • Track and automate project and team metrics for analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience supporting litigation teams.
  • Strong command of litigation operations, including intake and tracking, calendaring, document management, outside counsel coordination, document preservation, and e-discovery.
  • Familiarity with e-discovery tools and systems; experience with Google Suite, Slack, and DISCO is preferred.
  • Excellent judgment, attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities across an active docket.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and an adaptable, service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to partner with Legal, Security, IT, and other business teams.
  • Technological adaptability and interest in testing and implementing AI tools.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote-first team environment.

Compensation

  • Base salary range: $143,600–$201,000 USD
  • Eligible for equity in the form of restricted stock units; some positions may also be eligible for commission.
