Key Responsibilities
Creator Partnerships
- Conduct research and use data on top YouTube creators and evaluate their fit with active brand campaigns.
- Collaborate with the team on outreach strategy and creator relationship development.
- Learn how to own your own quota and build essential skills managing your own book of business.
- Manage a pipeline of creators and effectively communicate Agentio’s value proposition to onboard them.
- Work with the creator team to ensure brand-safe, performance-driven creator selections for campaigns.
- Stay on top of creator trends, platform changes, and emerging voices on YouTube and beyond.
- Assist in the development of the creator team’s outreach automation through AI.
- Helping to create feedback loops with creators to develop strategy with new Agentio products and services.
- Own strategic creator sourcing for high-demand brands, building vital creator supply.
- Present to the team and clients on best practices, learnings and product knowledge.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Currently enrolled Junior or Senior, ideally graduating in ’25 or ’26, and available to work 25–40 hours per week in-person from our NoMad office.
- Strong interest in the YouTube creator space, digital marketing, startups, and AI.
- Naturally curious, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with a growth mindset.
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables), CRM platforms (HubSpot), Chat GPT, Gemini, and Notion.
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics platforms like Tubular or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in client communication, data storytelling, or project coordination.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI to simplify work processes or day to day tasks.
Compensation
- Estimated hourly compensation: $20/hr.
