Lead Industry Manager, SMB Sales - Agency

Responsibilities
- Drive retention and upsell across 1,000+ SMB agencies and retain and grow 7,000+ managed advertisers.
- Define and standardize operational sales systems to help the SMB team operate at scale.
- Lead a high-performing vendor sales team against quarterly revenue targets through planning, goal-setting, data analysis, and forecasting.
- Manage the relationship with Pinterest’s vendor partner.
- Support strategy for media planning, campaign management, media measurement, e-commerce, branding, formats, and targeting.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop managers and individual contributors while creating a positive culture.
- Collaborate with product, sales operations, and engineering stakeholders to improve the advertising platform.
- Establish sales-team KPIs for real-time measurement against quarterly OKRs.
- Track, analyze, and communicate quantitative metrics and business trends related to business health.
- Test AI tools and workflows to improve meeting preparation, performance analysis, prioritization, and execution velocity.
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience in digital media or online advertising.
- 2–3+ years of sales leadership experience with a track record of leading teams to exceed quotas.
- Experience working for or with digital agencies, including knowledge of agency decision-makers, operating models, and commercial structures.
- Demonstrated ability to manage revenue pipelines with forward-looking predictability.
- Ability to work hands-on with SFDC reporting and call coaching when needed.
- Data-driven leadership experience managing large teams against aggressive goals.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a bias toward action.
- Experience in project management, operations management, and/or vendor management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, or equivalent experience.
Benefits and Work Arrangement
- Hybrid role requiring work from the vendor Toronto office one week per month.
- Candidate must be commutable to Toronto.
